Complete reports for senior leadership team, complete check in with team members, answer emails, audit pre-employment checks of new starters, complete ID checks of new starters or DBS renewals.
Have you had any special training/completed any qualifications?
I have CIPD Level 7 – HR qualification, I have also completed internal management training courses run within NHS Trust.
What would you say your key skills are? What type of person are you?
Good listener, good communicator, problem solving, IT Skills, process creator. I enjoy working out a problem no matter how small, I want to work it out and resolve. I look at the way we work and try to make things better and easier for those who use our systems.
