What job(s) did you do before this?
I began my career as a Software Tester. After moving to the UK, I worked at John Lewis before transitioning into healthcare as a Healthcare Assistant at the Royal Hospital. I then started into my current role as a Clerical Officer in the pharmacy department.
Briefly describe a typical day in your job role (tasks carried out)
I start work at 8:00 am and work alongside the administrative team within the Inpatient Pharmacy. My responsibilities include distributing internal post within the department, placing orders for supplies such as uniforms and stationery, and supporting administrative queries related to PGDs and NMP. I also circulate ITC registers when updates are issued, arrange travel bookings for staff, and report staff sickness to the admin team and managers.
Have you had any special training/completed any qualifications?
After completing BTech graduation in Information Technology (IT), I obtained an international certification in Software Testing. Following my move to the UK, I undertook Health and Safety training while beginning my career in the healthcare sector.

I am a reliable, punctual, and patient individual with a strong sense of integrity. I consistently aim to deliver high-quality work and take a supportive, team-oriented approach, offering help to others while also seeking guidance when needed. I have good computer/ digital skills.
