- Investigate new and active patient safety incidents
- Review and manage active Divisional Risks
- Manage and schedule clinical audits
- Manage and review compliance with open actions and review effectiveness
- Review and manage compliance of our services to regulatory body requirements and guidelines (UKAS, CQC, NICE, etc).
- Manage the document management systems.
- Manage and maintain the QMS (SARC).
Have you had any special training/completed any qualifications?
- BSc Hons in Medical Biochemistry.
- Graduate Diploma in Biomedical Science.
- Msc in Quality management.
- Biomedical science registration portfolio & specialist portfolio (IBMS).
- Chartered member of the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI).
