Briefly describe a typical day in your job role (tasks carried out)
My role varies day to day. I could be delivering training to staff, organising events to make children and young people aware of the many different job roles and opportunities in the NHS, or developing training courses to support the learning needs of the staff within the Trust.
Have you had any special training/completed any qualifications?
I am a qualified teacher and have a master’s degree in educational leadership. I also completed Prince2, a Project Management qualification, and am an Insights Discovery practitioner.
What would you say your key skills are? What type of person are you?
I am very much a ‘people person’ – I enjoy talking to people from all different walks of life and helping people to learn new things. I find these qualities really help in my role.
