Briefly describe a typical day in your job role (tasks carried out)
I manage a team of staff who co-ordinate health information for children in schools with an EHCP. Every day is different including attending meetings with partner organisations such as schools, council, parent carer forums etc. I help people navigate the SEND system, including staff and families.

MSc Integrated children and young people’s Practice Rosalind Franklin Leadership Award.

Kind and caring and take time to listen. Try to understand everyone’s perspective before making decisions.
