Alder Hey boasts the largest dedicated health innovation centre in the UK with 27 full time innovation experts working out of a 1000sqm Innovation Centre embedded in the hospital that includes four labs: the AI Lab, Immersive Lab, Living Lab and Rapid Prototyping.
We’re focused on driving forward our technical capabilities and delivery in Artificial Intelligence, Hospital and Public Health Informatics, Data and Automation, at the same time as scoping problems and scouting solutions. Emerging healthcare trends and problems need innovative solutions.
Alder Hey Innovation will develop solutions that include early detection, screening, remote monitoring, consultation, prevention, and management of chronic conditions such as asthma, obesity, mental health and neonatal care. We’re currently working with 50+ Small/Medium Enterprises (SMEs) 20+ corporates that share our vision.
