George was diagnosed with hepatoblastoma at just 4 months old, which is a form of liver cancer. Now George has finished his final round of chemotherapy on our oncology ward and despite having gone through six rounds of treatment, little George has managed to keep a smile on his face! He’s also met all his development needs, such as crawling and walking along the furniture!
George’s journey to recovery would have been incomplete without the help of all the staff and their smiles.”

Mum said: “It would have been impossible to remain positive if they had not given us hope through these tough times. Not a moment goes by when we don’t have an overwhelming sense of gratitude for them all for going above and beyond their call of duty and looking after us like family. They are not just nurses; they are angels in disguise!”
