An election is to be held for the following positions:
2 Patient Governors in the following constituencies:
- Merseyside – 1 vacancy – term length 3 years
- Rest of England and Wales – 1 vacancy – term length 3 years
1 Public Governor in the following constituencies:
- Merseyside – 1 vacancy – term length 3 years
2 Staff Governors in the following constituencies:
- Nurse – 1 vacancy – term length 3 years
- Other staff and volunteers – 1 vacancy – term length 3 years

All nominations should be received by the Returning Officer, Ciara Hutchinson, at the address or website as detailed above, by 5pm on Thursday 11 December 2025.
Should any nominee wish to withdraw their nomination, they must put this in writing to the Returning Officer by 5pm on Tuesday 16 December 2025.
For all contested constituencies voting will open on Wednesday 21 January 2026. Voting will close at 5pm on Friday 13 February 2026.
