This page contains an opt-in form to be completed if you would like to receive a feedback appointment from the Neurodevelopmental Assessment service following your child reaching the end of the assessment pathway.
Feedback sessions are informal meetings to discuss the outcome of the assessment with a Neurodevelopmental Practitioner. Your child does not need to attend this appointment, but they may do so if they wish. You are welcome to bring a relative or family friend if you feel this would be beneficial.
Please note
This appointment will take place online/via telephone. If your young person is 16 years old or over, they will need to also attend the feedback appointment for the outcome to be discussed, and any follow up support agreed. ADHD medication cannot be commenced within this appointment if this is something that you would like to explore.
