We had our-elfs a merry little Christmas-light switch on Wednesday 26th November 2025, with our annual switch-on event at Alder Hey.
The entertainment shone bright with cracker performances from Cascade Music, the Alder Hey Volunteer Choir and Malvern Primary School Choir. Santa even sleighed in to say Ho Ho Ho to our children and young people and spark off the festive season.
Presenters Jay Hynd and Gemma Cutting brilliantly hosted the event and introduced us to four of our brave neurosurgery patients as well as the Right Worshipful, the Lord Mayor of Liverpool, Councillor Barbara Murray. They had the honour of switching on our lights this year.
