On Saturday 23rd July 2022, Alder Hey will be hosting an open day for any nurses who are interested in a career in paediatric intensive care.
Venue
The PICU Open day will take place in our Institute in the Park building (adjacent to the hospital building), located on Eaton Road, L12 2AP.
What will the day entail?
This is an exciting opportunity for anyone considering a career in paediatric intensive care to come into Alder Hey and speak to our Nursing team, experience the specialities we deliver, and gain an insight into the career opportunities avaliable.

What time will it start/finish?
The open day will begin at 11am and end at 3.30pm. There will be three sessions throughout the day split into selected time slots as follows:
- 11.00 – 12.30
- 12.30 – 14.00
- 14.00 – 15.30
