Around 400 colleagues joined us on Friday for our Star Awards 2026, celebrating the individuals and teams who go above and beyond for our children, young people and families.
Hosted by Adam Weighell, the evening recognised colleagues across eight award categories. This year’s awards received over 700 nominations, highlighting the dedication, talent and hard work across Alder Hey.
The awards celebrated those who help our children and young people receive outstanding care and an experience that supports and empowers them, alongside colleagues driving change and making a difference to how we work.
