Welcome to Alder Hey Children's NHS Foundation Trust

Alder Hey is one of Europe’s biggest and busiest children’s hospitals, providing care for over 200,000 children each year. In addition to the hospital site, we are present at more than 40 community outreach sites and programmes and our consultants hold 800 clinic sessions each year from Cumbria to Shropshire, helping deliver care closer to home.

We are a top performing Trust, rated ‘Excellent’ by the independent healthcare Commission for the last seven consecutive years, which puts us in the top 1.8 per cent of Trusts nationally. To achieve this:

Please have your say - equality and diversity monitoring

Our survey should take just a couple of minutes of your time, but will go a great way in helping us understand why you might not like sharing personal details when you come to hospital. We're working with other hospitals across Merseyside on this and we'll use the results to help improve the way we do things:

Thank you for your support during Radio City 96.7's Cash for Kids Day

Radio City

Radio City 96.7's broadcast live from Alder Hey on 9th and 10th May. Thank you to those who helped raise money to give our young patients the best possible experience whilst they're in hospital. Toys, games, musicians and entertainers are just a part of what we offer, and this is all funded by the Alder Hey Children's Charity.

You can still donate or catch up on some of the fantastic photos by clicking onto the Cash for Kids website
