I am a Nurse by profession. Currently, I am working as a Research Nurse here at Alder Hey.
I really enjoy working at Alder Hey and I am always happy to support others.
What do I bring to this role?
As a nursing governor, I bring invaluable insight into patient care, clinical practices and the unique needs of nursing staff. I am dedicated to advocating for the highest standards of patient care, ensuring that the well- being of both patients and staff remains a top priority. My approach is grounded in evidence-based decision -making, drawing from extensive research and my professional experience. Having honed my skills and expertise across diverse healthcare settings in India, UAE, and the UK,I am confident in my ability to make a positive impact at Alder Hey. I am not only a committed team player but also an effective leader and Decision-maker, always striving to serve the best interests to the organization.
