Monday update from Alder Hey following NHS cyber incident
We would like to reassure our patients and families that patient services at Alder Hey continue to run as normal following Friday’s cyber incident.
However, like other NHS organisations we are still experiencing disruption to our email service.
We are working hard to fix this and hope to have everything back to normal as soon as possible. If you have emailed the hospital there may be a delay in us receiving your message. If your message is urgent, please contact us by telephone via a direct service number or switchboard on 0151 228 4811.
