Copy of P1060519Anne Sweeney: In total I have worked in the NHS for 43 years and for the last 20, I have had the privilege of being a Roald Dahl Epilepsy Nurse Specialist!

I have been based in the Roald Dahl EEG department at the Royal Liverpool Children’s Hospital Alder Hey. My passion for the job that I do is not only  being involved with the children but also  being involved with the whole family.

Outside of nursing, I am a governor in a  special School, Princes Primary and one evening a week I work in a club attached to  our church for adults with learning difficulties. I am also actively involved in church life. I love to make cakes and  marmalade!
